Pelle Carlberg, former leadsinger of Edson, is back with a brilliant new album on March 28. "In a nutshell" is full of his characteristic sharp, wry humor and heartfelt folk-pop. Equally catchy and intimate pop songs written with an ease rarely seen since Belle & Sebastians early years.

The first single from the album is a duet with Norwegian singer Ida Maria called "I love you you imbecile" which will be released on February 28. Since you're on our mailing list you'll get it first and you'll get it for free. -Labrador-

Pelle Carlberg has been playing in bands since the Middle Ages. Most recently in Edson, a six-piece band with three splendid albums behind them.
For the moment he is concentrating on his solo project, but Edson might do a show when you least expect it.

He recently received a FOUR STAR Track Review from PITCHFORKMEDIA.com stating that "If more twee acts balanced wit, bile, and heart like this track does, they wouldn't bore their detractors off of so many balconies.".
