David Bazan - "Cold Beer And Cigarettes" mp3

Singer-guitarist David Bazan of Edmonds, WA was the frontman behind the now-defunct band Pedro The Lion. Having dappled in various side projects including the synth-tinged Headphones, Bazaan has now released the Fewer Moving Parts EP under his own name. Recorded while touring as a member of The Undertow Orchestra, the 10-track EP presents five new Bazan songs, each recorded in both stripped-down acoustic and full instrumentation forms. Having just wrapped up a tour opening for Ben Gibbard, Bazan will head out with The New Year next month. After wrapping up the tour, Bazan will head into the studio to begin work on a new full-length record for early 2008 release.-Filter-mag.com
