Just in time for gift giving season and in conjunction with the forthcoming release of their critically acclaimed self-titled debut, Scottish quartet, Glasvegas, are also offering their fans an exclusive Christmas EP entitled A Snowflake Fell (And It Felt Like A Kiss).
To get your hands on the exclusive EP, you can either visit your local indie retail store (see locations here) and pre-order Glasvegas' debut album. As a gift, you will also receive a physical copy of A Snowflake Fell (And It Felt Like A Kiss). Or you can purchase the debut record on iTunes along with the EP as a bundle deal or simply order the 6 Christmas tracks a la carte.

Considerados la mejor banda escocesa en años, el cuarteto de Glasgow formado por James Allan, Rab Allan, Paul Donoghue y Caroline McKay, recupera el espíritu shoegaze y lo aplica a la herencia rockabilly de los 50 y a la de las girls bands de los 60 (atención a su fantástica versión de Be My Baby de The Ronettes). Flamantes ganadores del prestigioso Philip Hall Radar Award del NME, han sido cortejados por todas las discográficas y, tras deshojar la margarita, se han decidido por Columbia, donde están a punto de publicar su esperadísimo debut, Geraldine (08).

Glasvegas release new single Daddy's Gone on Monday 25th August on CD and 2 limited edition 7" vinyl (the download will be available the day before on 24th August). The single includes the bonus tracks A Little Thing Called Fear and a cover of Nirvana's Come As You Are.
Daddy's Gone and previous single; top 20 smash Geraldine, are taken from Glasvegas' forthcoming self-titled debut album, co-produced by James Allan & Rich Costey (Franz Ferdinand, Interpol, Muse), which they recorded in New York for release on 8th September.
You can see the band play a variety of festivals this summer, check out the tour dates for details of where they'll be appearing.
